Ladris Launches “Flood”: Real-Time, AI Flood Forecasting and Impact Assessment

San Francisco, CA – June 24, 2025 – Ladris Technologies today launched Flood, a dedicated flood intelligence module for emergency managers and first responders. Flood delivers up to 72 hours of forward-looking flood forecasts with building-specific impact assessments, operationalized for use by cities, counties, utilities, and infrastructure teams on the front lines.

Flood is powered by Ladris Core, the AI-native platform that integrates weather, infrastructure, and geospatial data into continuously updating threat models. Unlike static zones or disparate forecasts, Flood delivers predictions with context and visibility into underlying data so decision-makers can act before the water arrives.

“Ours is the age of fires and floods,” said Leo Zlimen, CEO of Ladris. “Now, we can forecast all of it in one place to make better choices and drive more resilient outcomes.”

Capabilities

Flood supports emergency operations, planning, and public safety missions with:

  • AI-Powered Forecast Models: Predict up to 72 hours of flood impacts using cutting-edge machine learning.
  • Minute-by-Minute Updates: Continuously refreshed flood forecasts, delivering the most current information available.
  • Stream Gauge Integration: Real-time data from USGS and other gauge networks inform ground-truth predictions.
  • Weather Radar Analytics: Live precipitation pattern tracking ensures up-to-date flood intelligence.
  • Existing Flood Zones: Seamless integration with FEMA and local flood maps.
  • Building-Level Impact Assessment: Identify which specific structures are at risk before the water arrives.
  • Critical Infrastructure Insights: Highlight at-risk roads, bridges, power substations, hospitals, and more.
  • User-Defined Parameters: Customize alerts, areas of interest, and impact thresholds.
  • Interactive Map Viewer: A web-based interface designed for speed and clarity.
  • Mobile-Friendly: Optimized for use in the field on phones and tablets.

Built for Execution

Flood is already deployed in multiple regions and is now available to public agencies and infrastructure operators nationwide. The module joins Fire, Evac, and other Ladris systems built on the AI-native Ladris Core platform in providing a unified, real-time view of multiple hazards, enabling faster, more informed operational decisions. While many legacy vendors have to partner to provide this capability, Ladris delivers it turnkey in a single fully integrated system.
