To our team at Ladris:

2025 was an incredibly strong year; we doubled or more across virtually every metric. Going into 2026, we expect to see an order of magnitude more counties and cities adopt Ladris. This will require significant adjustments to our products and pricing strategies to ensure that these systems remain approachable and accessible to regions with varying access to resources and personnel. Efforts on this front are already underway.

The first of these initiatives will see our Core Open Tier extend statewide in California. As part of this, our Open Evacuation Zones (OEZ) product will provide free, interoperable evacuation zone management to all counties who wish to adopt it. This is the first in a series of Open Tier releases that we anticipate bringing forward.

Our ability to rapidly design and deploy complex, robust software systems at scale is made possible by our approach to operational resourcing. Ladris invests heavily in R&D, and we intend to continue this in 2026. Our customers can expect us to consistently drive ongoing innovation and maintain pace ahead of the curve. Our investment in R&D positions us ahead of our peers, and we will maintain our advantage over competitors who under-resource innovation.

We continue to be inspired by our team; they are our investments made real. We are inspired by our investors and their steadfast support. Most of all, we are inspired by our customers; by those that have stepped up to the plate and confronted the challenges of handling the difficult and frankly intimidating problem of disaster management.

Happy New Year and let us ring in 2026 with all the ceremony it deserves.

Leo, Bowen, and Igor
