Founders’ Letters

To all of us at Ladris: 

As we enter the second half of 2025, let us look back at what our team has accomplished so far: 

• We launched a completely new mobile app, Ladris Sentinel in under 2.5 months(!)
• We released Ladris Flood as a standalone service for inundation impact forecasting
• We brought our Ladris Core platform to market beyond San Mateo, starting with Orinda
• We assembled an all-star team of first response leadership to run Ladris Forward Ops
• We won contracts for and delivered major new deployments in Colorado and California 

This is a tremendous set of achievements that has already made meaningful contributions to public safety outcomes for our customers. In short, the work you do is contributing directly to saving lives. 

I am inspired every day by the incredible diligence and production of the team that we have here. It is deeply rewarding to work alongside such talented and dedicated individuals. 

This quarter we will deliver advancements that are perhaps even more remarkable than that which has preceded it. The biggest of these initiatives are: 

• Unify our government offering into a single disaster response platform, Ladris Core.
• Delivering groundbreaking operational capabilities for the fire service in California. This project is internally nicknamed “First Officer”. 
• The launch and beta testing of our Ladris Sentinel app in the Bay Area. 

These are but a few of the bold and impactful initiatives we are committed to launching in the third quarter. We are focused on building fundamental technologies that drive both quick victories and lasting value. All of this is possible because we have a great team working painstakingly on quality products for a market we love and care for.
