To our team at Ladris:
I am thrilled to announce that we closed a deal with the City of San José, the third-largest city in California and the twelfth-largest in the United States. Our partnership with San Jose will see our Ladris Core platform and our human expertise applied to the complex and interrelated issues of evacuations and homelessness.
In closing this deal, we are so proud of our team and the people we have at Ladris. Everyone pitched in, including many of our investors, advisors, and extended network, to help make this possible. It is very much a win for us all and validates that Ladris can compete and win at the highest level for some of the most advanced and forward-thinking agencies in the United States (in this case, right in the heart of Silicon Valley).
On the heels of this tremendous progress, a note about the advancements we are seeing right now in artificial intelligence: In one sense, it is a tool like any other, but it is also a tool unlike any before it. AI is instigating disruptive paradigm shifts, and it is clear to us that the organizations that win out in the future and have the opportunity to make the biggest societal impacts will be those that are the best at using this tool.
It is equally important that AI is always paired with deeply experienced human beings who are able to impart good judgement and wisdom into these technologies and the processes that are built on top of them. We continue to believe that the most important part of any organization is the team, and we believe we have that here at Ladris.
This team continues to support our customers nationwide in leveraging these technologies, data, and the efforts of smart and dedicated people to create a better experience for their residents and protect more people from disasters with each passing day, month and year.
